According to the <strategic cooperation framework agreement> signed by CNR Tangshan railway vehicle co., LTD., and Yancheng city government, also the < cooperation agreement > signed by CNR Tangshan railway vehicle co., ltd and Jiangsu Yuan Zhida rail transit development co., LTD. Yancheng Yuan Zhida rail transit industry base is in the first phase of the project construction plan, its total investment estimation is about 920 million Yuan.

Information of the first phase of Yancheng Yuan Zhida rail transit industry base includes: workshop 120000 square meters, which mainly includes 10800 ㎡coating workshop, 5400 ㎡assembling workshop, 30000 ㎡ total assembly workshop, 15000 ㎡ warehouse center, 4800 ㎡ vehicle weighing workshop, 15000 ㎡debugging workshop, 13000 ㎡side span and auxiliary room, 21600 ㎡comprehensive office building, rough 1500 meters test facilities, and rough 3000 meters railway cars line. There are also other issues including public supporting, railways, roads, test facilities, vehicle frame, etc.
