Fei Zhang, the chairman and related people visited Changzhou southwest Jiao tong university rail transportation research institute
On December 4, Jiangsu Yuan Zhdia Rail Transit development CO., LTD., `s chairman Fei Zhang led his group to visit Changzhou southwest Jiao tong university rail transportation research institute (hereinafter referred to as "Institute"), and studied the operation mode of the Changzhou institute, Mr., Zhang and secretary of the national key traction laboratory, the executive vice President of Changzhou rail transportation institute Baiqing Wu had a cordial talk.
First of all, Fei Zhang and Baiqing Wu visited Changzhou maglev train institute and maglev technology research institute, track traffic detection technology research institute, technology of rail transportation equipment institute , vibration and noise research institute and other four research institutes, and rail transportation major public service platforms like maglev train and maglev technology lab, rail vehicle service and security early warning acoustic laboratory testing center, and vibration lab. And with the accompany by the relevant personnel they watched and tried the low-speed maglev vehicle test facilities, Mr. Zhang showed strong interest in the experimental results and expressed that he hoped to build a 200 meters long and loading vehicle test facilities in southwest Jiao tong university Yancheng rail transit research center.
Subsequently, Fei Zhang, Baiqing Wu and Weihua Zhang had a cordial talk in Changzhou institute conference room. Mr. Wu first introduced the whole situation of Changzhou institute to Fei Zhang. The institute locates in Changzhou science and education zone, it was officially registered on September 27, 2009, and the business scope includes technology research and development, detection test, equipment and systems design and integration, promotion and transformation.
It was approved to Changzhou golden road Rail Transit technology development CO., LTD by the school on June 2010, 13. In order to support the construction and development of the institute, in 2011, it was approved by the school to locate the railway traffic national laboratory (raise) research center in Changzhou institute. The institute mainly relies on the national railway traffic laboratory and national key traction laboratory. It has hired two academicians of Chinese academy of sciences, two academicians of academy of engineering, three famous experts and Yuan Zhida`s scholars to form the rail transit committee which includes comprehensive management department, finance department, ministry of science and technology and training department; and also it has maglev train and maglev technology research institute, track traffic detection technology research institute, technology of rail transportation equipment institute , vibration and noise research institute and other four research institutes, it has built major public service platforms like maglev train and maglev technology laboratory, rail vehicle service and security early warning acoustic laboratory testing center, and vibration lab.
Secretary Wu said, since the establishment of Changzhou institute, it has cooperated with CSR Qi Shuyan CO., LTD., and CSR Nanjing pu town CO., LTD and have established academician workstation. It also has built the post-doctoral mobile stations with CSR qi shuyan vehicle technology research institute CO., LTD., and CSR qi shuyan CO., LTD., and it has cooperated with CSR qi shuyan CO., LTD. Shuohuang railway development CO., LTD., north Prosperity Company, and CSR Sifang Company and established a number of local large cooperation. It has founded three engineering master courses for CSR qi shuyan technology research institute, KTK group CO., LTD., Jiangsu Cahngqian Sangbad CO., LTD., Golden Road Company formed jinbiao Rail Transit technology service CO., LTD., with TUV CO., LTD., and also founded Changzhou public service platform; and also formed Jiangxi Kaixite Rail Transit design CO., LTD. It will serve for rail transit enterprises.
Secretary Wu introduced the operation mode of Changzhou institute to Fei Zhang. At present, the institute depends on a part of the national key laboratory of traction power, self finances and operates independently, in this case, Changzhou institute is in good operating condition, and the research and development and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in scientific research has made a major breakthrough. Secretary Wu especially stressed that the successful development of current low-speed maglev train engineering test facilities has reached the industrialization stage.
Referring to southwest Jiao tong university Yancheng orbit transportation research and development center (hereinafter referred to as the "center"), Secretary Wu proposed some views: first, southwest Jiao tong university needs to send its gold signboard ——national key traction laboratory and part of the core technology and related technical team ;Second, the government needs to give Yancheng is the most preferential policy support; Third, Yuan Zhdia needs to maximize the guarantee Center`s financial support. Secretary Wu said, Yancheng center can make full use of the achievements that the school has got from the high temperature superconducting maglev train, tram orbits of low-speed virtual maglev train, and bridge inspection, and actively declares provincial, national related engineering experiment center. He said, “about intellectual property rights, the establishment of southwest Jiao tong university Yancheng center for research and development and industrialization of Rail Transit CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Yancheng company"), the company is a tripartite cooperation agreement, the ownership of intellectual property rights under the framework of the main body, results of the application and promotion of revenues shall be owned by the company.
Fei Zhang had a brief understand of Changzhou institute, and showed his respect to Secretary Wu and his team. He said this visit is mainly to study Changzhou institute`s operation mode and the related achievements, which has great enlightening significance for setting up Yancheng rail transit research center. Yancheng center will adopt the mode of enterprise operation , and carry out the balance allocation institutions which will be provided by the municipal government ——20 institutions establishment. More than 90% will be used to introduce the high-end technology, and management talents. Yancheng center accepts the leadership of the board, which is mainly composed of southwest Jiao Tong University. It will appoint specific personnel and legal representative. Jiangsu Yuan Zhida Rail Transit development CO., LTD., the relevant person in charge of Yancheng city people's government will each appoint one person as the deputy director to participate and cooperate center's daily operation. It will establish Yancheng center council, the president will be from southwest Jiao Tong University and main leaders of the people's government. The relevant leaders of Yuan Zhida Rail Transit development CO., LTD, southwest Jiao tong university, and people's government will be vice director. Yancheng related authority departments, local, enterprise's principals and main principals of southwest Jiao tong university traction power national key laboratory will be director; The council is the lead agency for Yancheng center, it holds a conference at least once a year to decide Yancheng center`s important matters and the appointment or dismissal of leadership. The committee mainly employs southwest Jiao tong university related academic authority and other well-known international and domestic rail transit scientific research units, large track traffic engineering design, construction and equipment manufacturing enterprises experts, and will appoint a well-known expert by southwest Jiao tong university as the director of the committee. Yuan Zhida Rail Transit development CO., LTD and Yancheng city people's government may send a relevant professionals to join in. Expert committee meeting should be held at least once a year to decide Yancheng center`s research direction and research projects, review and approve scientific research funds investment.
