Yancheng and southwest Jiao Tong University signed the agreement on cooperation strategies

On September 24, southwest Jiao tong university and Yancheng city government jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement at nine in the campus of southwest Jiao tong university academic exchange centre multi-function room in order to construct first-level platform of national rail transit construction and promote the development of the local and school. The two parties will have further cooperation in collaborative innovation, personnel training, and national key project construction.
Kejiang Zhu——the director of the municipal party committee secretary and standing committee, vice mayor of Yancheng city people's government——Jinglin Zhang, Yancheng related departments, southwest Jiao tong university President Fei Xu, vice President——PuYun, Wengui Zhang, head of the relevant units, colleges, and Fei Zhang——the chairman of our company have participated in and witnessed the signing ceremony. Ceremony was presided over by southwest Jiao tong university Yanling Zhao.
Principal Fei Xu first extended our warm welcome to the guests attended the meeting on behalf of the school, and introduced the historical evolution of southwest Jiao tong university and the current development situation. He expressed that southwest Jiao Tong University would offer Jiao tong university's comparative advantages and the comparative advantage of Yancheng in the cooperation with city which will put the cooperation towards a new stage. Then Secretary Kejiang Zhu said we will fully support to promote the cooperation with the school to ensure and promote the innovation base development, and jointly contribute to China's rail transit technology innovation.
As the sponsors and promoters of the project cooperation – Fei Zhang congratulated for Yancheng and southwest Jiao tong university have signed the strategic cooperation agreement .He said, this strategic cooperation agreement marked the Yancheng rail transit project has took a big step forward, and expressed his appreciation for southwest Jiao tong university and Yancheng government `s support for the project .
He hopes in the future the three parties will effectively spread the resource advantage, on the basis of long-term cooperation mechanism. And also this cooperation could integrate closely Yancheng local preferential policies and the advantage of southwest Jiao tong university discipline so that we can improve the innovation ability, accelerate the achievements transformation, quickly enter the state, work actively, and strive to produce fruitful results!
Before signing ceremony, Fei Zhang also followed the delegations to visit the campus rail transit national laboratories, rail transportation electrification and automation national engineering technology research center, and national key laboratory of traction, and expressed admiration of southwest Jiao tong university laboratory construction results.
